This Privacy Policy explains how Sprigwise (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Sprigwise app and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share only with: service providers (cloud, database, analytics, email, payments) under confidentiality; affiliate retailers (your browser is directed to the retailer when you click a buy link; we may receive aggregate, non-identifying conversion data); and as required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Photos are processed to estimate environmental conditions (light, ground cover) for recommendations. We do not use your photos to identify you. You can delete uploaded photos and your account at any time; photos are then removed from active systems within a commercially reasonable period, subject to backups and legal requirements.
Sprigwise participates in affiliate programs and may earn a commission when you purchase through retailer links, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence recommendation ranking, which is based solely on environmental fit.
California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing (we do neither), and non-discrimination.
EEA/UK (GDPR): rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection; right to withdraw consent; right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Legal bases: performance of our contract, your consent, our legitimate interests, and legal compliance.

We retain personal information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it except where longer retention is legally required. You can request deletion at any time via privacy@sprigwise.com or the in-app “Delete my account & data” control; we complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, reputable infrastructure). No method is 100% secure.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies via your browser; disabling some may affect functionality.
