These Terms govern your use of the Sprigwise app and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sprigwise provides AI-assisted plant recommendations based on environmental information you provide (yard photo, ZIP code, site conditions). Recommendations are decision-support tools to help you choose plants more likely to thrive.
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
The Service contains affiliate links to third-party retailers. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. We are not the seller and are not responsible for third-party products, prices, fulfillment, or returns.
You retain ownership of photos and information you submit. You grant Sprigwise a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and analyze it solely to operate and improve the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including reverse-engineering, scraping, overburdening systems, infringing rights, or using it to build a competing product.
The Service — including the Sprigwise name, logo, software, algorithms, and curated databases — is owned by Sprigwise and protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprigwise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of plants, profits, data, or goodwill. Total liability will not exceed the greater of what you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $50. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.
You may stop using the Service anytime; we may suspend or terminate access for violations. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country or state of residence, which control where they apply.
We may update these Terms and will post the new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: legal@sprigwise.com.
